Reformer Pilates Cardio Tone


Cardio & Tone Reformer combines the best of both worlds: high intensity reformer pilates & cardio for one intense, calorie-burning, heart-pumping class. This 50 minute class features the current routine with jumping bursts of about 10 minutes worked in between each section! Using the reformer machine’s jumping boards as your foundation, you’ll start with a cardio burst on the carriage using the heaviest weighted springs first and work your way down, ending with one final burst to give it all you’ve got with heavy springs. You’re going to burn, sweat, and sculpt like no other in this class!

Try this class offered weekly at both locations: Bilderdijkstraat (PLTS WEST): Tuesdays at 10:00 & Thursdays at 18:00 or Stadionplein (PLTS ZUID): Saturdays at 11:30 & Wednesdays at 20:30.
