PLTS BALLET BARRE

Bring out your inner ballerina in this barre class, as ballet barre takes its exercises & cues a bit more from traditional ballet. While both high intensity and challenging, you’ll feel great dancing your way through the workout to gain flexibility, strength, and those long, lean ballerina muscles you’re after!

 

Try out this class every week on Tuesdays at 10:10 or 19:10, Wednesdays at 11:10,12:10 and 19:10, Thursdays at 10:10 or 11:10, Fridays at 9:10 or 11:10, Saturday at 11:10, or Sundays at 12:10!
