Reformer Pilates Exercises focusing on your core

REFORMER PILATES – CORE INTENSIVE

Similar to our regular PLTS Reformer Pilates class, featuring a focus throughout the 50 minutes on stabilisation and your core, with more time spent in each core-intensive pilates exercises like planks, crunches, mermaid & abs pulls.

This class is for PLTS rockstars looking to really fire up that core & feel the burn, strengthening your core muscles and sculpt those abs, obliques and lower back.

Try out this class every week on Wednesday at 20:00 & Saturday 09:00 at PLTS West (Bilderdijkstraat) & Sunday 12:30 at PLTS Stadionplein.
