Reformer pilates core abs


Similar to our regular PLTS Reformer Pilates class, this small group workout features a focus throughout the 50 minutes on stabilization of your whole body and especially your core, with more time spent in various core-intensive pilates exercises like planks, crunches, mermaid & abs pulls.

This class is for PLTS rockstars looking to really fire up their core & feel the burn, strengthening core muscles and sculpting abs, obliques and lower back.

Try out this class every week on Wednesday at 20:00 & Saturday 9:00 at PLTS West (Bilderdijkstraat) & Sunday 12:30 at PLTS Zuid (Stadionplein).
