Each TRX Barre class will be 50 minutes of the burning, sweating & sculpting you love from your barre workout, taken to the absolute next level with the aid of TRX suspension training systems. Each routine will improve your balance, core strength, and agility, all while optimizing fat burn & calorie burn. You’ll be amping up your cardiovascular challenge and developing even more strength – with the added bonus of using your arms & core for every TRX exercise!
