HOW TO GET STARTED
For your first PLTS Class Pack, we recommend to buy a 3 Class Intro Pack (€49). You’ll get 3 classes valid for 2 weeks for 50% discount + a free pair of PLTS Grip Socks (normally €15,-).

YOUR FIRST CLASS
We recommend all first-timers at PLTS to jump in a PLTS Reformer Foundations class first to get a feel for the Reformer and the foundational exercises you’ll be doing during each PLTS workout.
Before your first class, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early so one of our front desk team members can show you around the studio and get you setup with some grip socks.
Introduce yourself to the PLTS trainer before class begins and they will get you set up on the Reformer!
WHAT TO WEAR
Grip socks are required during every class for hygienic reasons and to ensure your safety. A pair of PLTS Grip Socks is included in your 3 Class Intro Pack, so you will receive them when entering the studio.
We recommend that you wear comfortable workout clothing, think: leggings or shorts, a top and a sports bra – whatever makes you feel most comfortable during class.
NEWER TO FITNESS OR GETTING BACK INTO IT?
Members of the PLTS community start out at all fitness levels! If you are beginner, it is perfectly fine to modify and do less repetitions if need be, or pause to take a breather! Feel free to mention you’re a beginner to your trainer before class begins, and they will assist you throughout the class.
We are a no-judgement studio with trainers who are tremendously well-trained in correcting your posture and technique. Trust us, we’ve got you.
