Taylor

Taylor is our very own Content Creator & Coach for PLTS Barre, creating the routines you love and giving you exactly what you came for: a kick-ass barre workout during her classes! But she also teaches awesome Reformer Pilates classes at PLTS.

Originally from the sunny state of Arizona, she’s currently working on her Research Master with a concentration on workplace wellness at the UVA & VU. After a childhood of ballet lessons, she completed her barre training at the Daily Method in the U.S. In her free time she likes to run marathons and spend time outdoors with her black Labrador.
