This funny guy is artistic director & founder of Amsterdam comedy theatre, Boom Chicago, and a member of the PLTS family for over a year, which has helped him become more fit than he’s ever been.
FOCUS AT PLTS
Andrew began his fitness journey by taking traditional pilates classes, where he built his foundation. He made a commitment to himself to attend two classes per week before deciding to take his results to the next level, committing to 3 classes per week.
He says, “I find PLTS classes freeing for other life stresses, it’s my time to think about nothing else. I’m feeling even stronger now, I can do more pushups, and I have good energy levels. I used to be perpetually sore, but not anymore. It’s still just as hard and challenging but now I can do some exercises without springs, making them even harder, that I couldn’t before.
I’ve always been on the thin side, healthy and like riding my bike, but this is the fittest as I have ever been. I have never had abs and shoulders before PLTS — and at age 50 no less!”
