She says, “My goal was to get back into shape and strengthen my core after giving birth by caesaraen section. Because I’m lifting my newborn all day, my lower back issues started acting up again. When my core is strong, I feel good and in balance, which I need to excel as a healthy, happy mom and help my business grow.”
“In the beginning after starting working out again, it usually wasn’t difficult to keep up motivation, but sometimes, a little bit. When I get tired or come home after long days, it’s so difficult to actually go, but even when I don’t feel well, I still work out and I always feel so much better afterwards.
There is one word to describe how I feel now: strong, I feel really strong. No back problems lifting my baby girl all the time anymore, and my core got super strong which makes me feel really good and healthy. I also dropped one clothing size, which isn’t really important but it shows that I have been working hard. I’m very proud being in such great shape after having a baby 7 months ago, not by nature but by working out!”
