Ten years in the hospitality & beauty industry left Lotte feeling burnt out. Somewhere in the years of taking care of others, she let her own self-care go. She decided to take control back, making the switch to a full-time student of nursing as well as committing to get into a healthy flow and treat herself to a strong, healthy body and lifestyle.

She says, “I had more weight than ever before. I was still happy with my body, but I wanted to lose some weight and get more definition. Another goal was to get back into a more regular and healthy lifestyle and finding the willpower for this. Committing to 3x a week at PLTS fit the goal perfectly.”
“Sometimes I really struggled with just doing it, but once I’ve finished the training I felt super happy. Finding motivation was difficult from time to time due to my studies, work and health issues, which was disappointing. But then I just focused on how much stronger and healthier I feel now, and that’s all that mattered.
