Originally from the UK, Michelle is a member of the PLTS Family as a Team Lead. She’s a fitness & wellness fanatic who got her start with traditional pilates and yoga. She loves that PLTS classes helped her work muscles she didn’t even know she had.

“I felt progression and improvement, but it was still intense… a good intense feeling. It definitely got easier, each week there were different areas that I felt getting stronger.
It was a roller coaster of emotions. I’m feeling really good and I’m so happy with my progress. I feel confident to do the advanced classes and it’s nice to feel like a regular in the studio.
Now it’s part of my regular routine and I’m curious to see how I’ll feel and how my body has changed in another a year from now!”
