We are looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven handyman/woman to support the daily operations across our PLTS studios in Amsterdam.

PLTS is the leading Reformer Pilates studio concept in the Netherlands with six studios in Amsterdam and Rotterdam. At PLTS Strength, Condition and Balance come together in one 50-minute High-Intensity Reformer Pilates workout. It's our mission to make our clients feel stronger & more confident during every class. Your role as a Handyman/Woman
As our studios continue to grow, we’re looking for an all-round handyman/woman to keep our spaces running smoothly, safe, and in top shape. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day repairs, maintenance, and quick fixes—from a squeaky door or a jammed locker to a leaking tap or a broken machine.
Each day, you'll jump into the company van (which you can fit out to your liking) with a list of tasks and head to different locations. Your technical expertise and can-do attitude help our team and clients enjoy a seamless experience in the studio.
Your responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day repairs and maintenance across all PLTS studios.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently.
Respond to urgent defects or repairs (e.g. reformer machines, plumbing, doors, lockers).
Communicate clearly with the team about completed jobs and any needed follow-up.
Keep your work van organized and stocked with essential tools and materials.
This is you:
You have a diploma (MBO 2 or higher) in construction or proven relevant experience.
You're a skilled problem-solver who stays calm and focused under pressure.
You enjoy working independently and taking ownership of your work.
You’re service-minded and communicate clearly with colleagues.
You hold a B driving license.
You’re flexible and available to work weekdays, weekends, or evenings when needed.
