Changing Rooms
Still need to change? No worries, you can use the changing rooms to get ready for your workout. Our lovely staff at PLTS Zuid are making sure that you’re provided with everything you need.

There’s no better reward than a comforting shower after a sweaty workout. Our Pilates Studio in Amsterdam Zuid has showers with heavenly-scented shampoo and shower gel.
Towels
You don't always feel like lugging around a big bag. That’s why a fresh towel is waiting for you at the reception. And we can tell you one thing: you will need it during your workout! Need a shower after your intense workout? Ask for a shower towel at the front desk.
Refreshments
It’s very important to stay hydrated during and after a PLTS workout. We recommend taking a break and having a refreshing drink from the fridge. What a great way to meet some of the other members and enjoy the urban atmosphere in Amsterdam Zuid.
